Produced with Barbera grapes. Sparkling ruby red wine with a slight sugary aftertaste. A ready to drink wine, usually a year after the grape harvest.

Vine species: Barbera.
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: winey, intense, and fruity.
Taste: dry, slightly prominent acidity making it fresh on the palate, gently lively.
Min. alcoholic strength: 11,5% vol.
Ageing: ready to drink wine.
Store: bottle horizontally, in a dark room and away from sudden temperature changes.
Serve: between 16°C and 18°C. Recommended with starters and first courses.
